Rad's new EP 'Toxic Slime' is available now on streaming services and limited edition 'Toxic Slime-green' cassettes via Cut & Run records. Produced by Chris Sanderson (Grove Street).
As indicated by the cover art, the record contains themes of classic 80s sci-fi and action films as well as the skateboard culture the band's name derives from. The lyrics match the abrasive riffs, but also offer catharsis and a glimmer of hope.
This is an unapologetic Thrash Metal record. But it's not merely a tribute to the 80s masters. Rad incorporates elements of 90s Hardcore, Death Metal and groove for a crushing wall of sound that will hold your undivided attention.
